Duration of conservation of data :

 

WASHiN retains the personal data of Users only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data are collected.

The period of conservation of personal data of Users is the following :

 

  • Data collected in the framework of an order :
    • for the duration of the execution of the command,
    • beyond :
      • for data relating to the contract : for 5 years as evidence within the meaning of the civil Code,
      • for the accounting data : for 10 years under the accounting requirements from the Code of commerce.

 

Unless specific consent, the data of the bank are not subject to any conservation and are deleted immediately after the effective payment of the order.

 

  • Data collected within the framework of the creation of a user account :
    • for the duration of activation of the user account, up to its closing, or after a period of inactivity of the user account of 3 years,
    • beyond :
      • for data relating to the contract : for 5 years as evidence within the meaning of the civil Code,
      • for the accounting data : for 10 years under the accounting requirements from the Code of commerce.

 

  • Geolocation non-mandatory for the User.

 

  • Data collected for the purposes of improving the quality of services provided, assessment of User satisfaction, and the improvement and optimization of the operation and the security of the Application and the Site :
    • the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued,
    • beyond : 5 years in accordance with the period of limitation of common law ;

 

  • Data collected for the purposes of commercial prospecting :
    • for 3 years from the last command or the last contact with the User, unless the consent has not been withdrawn prior to this date.

 

  • Data collected by cookies and tracers placed on the User's terminal : 13 months.

 

  • The data collected through social networks : the duration of activation of the social network account, subject to the exercise of his right to erasure or objection by the User.

In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL, in the case where the data would be preserved beyond the duration of the archiving agent, they will be subject to a process of anonymisation in order to ensure that Users cannot be identified.

WASHiN implements appropriate technical, organizational, and legal steps necessary to protect the security and confidentiality of personal data of Users, both online and off-line. In particular, the computers and servers used to store personal data are kept in a secure environment.

 

The rights of Users relating to their personal data :
